IT SEEMS THE LONGER THEY LOOKED THE BLURRIER IT GETS
It seems the longer they look the blurrier it gets is a short film where the narrator finds himself on a deserted island. His thoughts and experiences are shared through a filmic puppet theater that challenges the systems of perception and language in a poetic soliloquy of disorganization. During the process we found documentation of Giorgos, an ornithologist, who spent about a month isolated on the island Psathoura, Greece. After an interview with him, we asked permission to use his documented material as a base for our film.
